A sat nav can serve you invaluably in Vienna. To ensure that the sat nav and other accessories such as child seats are available on your rental day, be sure to reserve the items you need well in advance.
Free kilometers

Bail
Before renting the car, ask how your rental company handles the deposit. If he actually collects it, it can sometimes take longer until the money ends up back in your account after returning the car. It’s better to book with a rental company that just blocks the amount.
Customer Satisfaction Hire Car
Most customers are satisfied with the hire car service in Vienna. However, some complain about longer waiting times. So be sure to plan for a cushion of time.
Safety hire car
In Vienna, you can usually expect to receive a roadworthy hire car. Nevertheless, you should always test the lighting of your car before the first trip.
Don’t forget the indicators and brake light either. And do a quick brake test immediately after you take delivery in the parking lot.
If your car has any defects, such as scratches or dents, you should always have them confirmed in writing in a defects report.
