One of the biggest tourist attractions is the area of Javea around El Arenal, which can be easily reached by hire car. Here you can admire the church of San Bartholomé, an example of Gothic architecture, or stroll through the labyrinthine, narrow streets and marvel at the white facades with their Gothic windows and wrought-iron grilles.
