driveFTI arranges for the vehicle requested by the customer to be reserved with a local hire car company as part of the brokerage process. The confirmation of the desired vehicle reservation usually takes place immediately, only in exceptional cases (e.g. one-way rentals or special accessories) the reservation must be requested from the hire car company. After booking confirmation, the customer receives a voucher, which he must present to the rental company when renting the vehicle.
